The world's first leather identification method of standard ISO17131:2012 "leather and leather differential microscopy" released a few days ago.This standard stipulated by microscopic identification method to distinguish leather and leather and other materials, thus ending the leather differential method without standard history.This standard by the European Committee for Standardization Technical Committee leather (CEN/TC 289) prepared in accordance with the agreement, technical cooperation between ISO and CEN (Vienna), with the International Federation of Leather Technologists and Chemists Association (IULTCS) jointly formulated.
